There are 2 versions of the webradio : one in low quality (32 kbit/s tracks) free of charge, and another provided with Hi-Fi quality (128kbit/s tracks), (the "Service"). To get access to the Service, you need to valid your Subscription and become a Subscriber. THE SERVICE The Service is accessible by the Subscriber over the period of its Subscription. The number of computers from which the Subscriber accesses the Service is not limited, but he is entitled to one simultaneous connection only. 5. WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, Musicovery MAY MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE OR YOUR USE OF THEM. WHENEVER AR ELECTS TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE, IT WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY. 7.3 YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY ENCOUNTER OFFENSIVE, INDECENT OR OTHER OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT WHEN USING THE SERVICE. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute with Musicovery or relating in any way to your use of the Service will be the jurisdiction where Musicovery is registered, currently Tribunal du Commerce de Paris. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND WILL BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
